use WASD or the arrow keys to move around, the upper buttons (up arrow and W) are to jump and the lower buttons (down arrow and S) are to place your spring

when you are on the spring, press the upper button to launch yourself from the spring

if you are in the air, you can press the lower button to fall incredibly fast
